Good Product at a Good Price

Overall a good product. The company is great to work with! Best price I could find for what I need! The carton could be a little thicker/tougher on the hinge. Sometimes they rip/tear on the ends.

Disappointed with packaging

The complete shipment was delivered on schedule. However, the last time I ordered bulk cartons and flats they were shipped in cardboard boxes and were in very good shape. This shipment came on pallets with only plastic wrap which allowed for areas to be squeezed/damaged. While it is not a large percentage that are totally unusable, I hope you go back to using cardboard boxes.

Can you please send us photos of the damage? We are happy to compensate you. Pallets usually result in less damage.

We ship on pallets or boxes depending on the price, If one option is a lot cheaper we choose that option. We must continue to do this to keep our costs down which keeps prices as low as possible. Shipping is more than 25% of our costs.
