De-nesting - If you find you are having trouble de-nesting your natural vintage egg cartons, try de-nesting them in counts of 5-10 before separating them individually.
The best way to de-nest these cartons is to gently shake them apart, rather than pulling them.
It is recommended to grab the bottom of the carton and the posts and shake them, rather than grabbing the sides or front flap.

Very unhappy

I have ordered these vintage blue egg cartons in the past (2x once vintage blue and once gray)and they were very blue (vintage) and the quality was very durable. I just received my reorder and they are a dingy blue gray, and much weaker quality than the last batch. What really upset me is that on the invoice inside the box, it states there are no refunds no returns. I won’t be purchasing from egg cartons.com if I can’t trust that they will stand behind the quality of their products.

I’m very sorry to hear about your experience - I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially since you’ve ordered this item before and were expecting the same result.

Regarding the color, the cartons you received do match what is currently shown on our website. Because these are produced in batches, there can sometimes be slight variations in shade, and we do our best to keep our photos updated to reflect the most recent inventory. This current batch is lighter than previous ones, and I apologize for that inconsistency. We have noted this color change to our manufacturer as well.

As for the quality, we have not made any changes to the manufacturer since your last order in 2023, and we haven’t received similar feedback. That said, We'd really appreciate if you could share a bit more detail on what feels different or weaker so we can look into this further.
